Flat roof solutions:
We offer a planning, design and installation service of flame-free and torch on mineral flat roofing solutions including insulation for ‘warm roofs’. Built up felt systems are one of the most durable solutions for flat roofs. The roof build up typically contains a vapour barrier, 120mm insulation to meet current building regulations, an underlay and a mineral cap sheet to finish. We work with manufacturers such as IKO, Bauder and SIG Design Technology.
Pitched roof solutions including slate, lead work and tiling
A pitched roof is a roof that slopes downwards in two parts, typically with a ridge in the middle.
Slate is a durable roofing solution that has been in use for over 500 years. Slate roofs can last up to 150 years compared to up to 30 years for a typical tiled roof. We will provide a condition survey to determine whether there are reusable slates to keep costs and waste to a minimum.
We also offer a survey and installation service for a wide range of clay and interlocking tiles from manufacturers such as Sandtoft, Marley Eternit and Redland. We also install a range of tiles, carry out repairs and carry out lead works.
