Climate Force recently completed a brickwork refurbishment project on a Grade II listed school building in St Albans, Hertfordshire. The project involved the careful deconstruction and reconstruction of a leaning gable wall, a task that required both technical expertise and a deep respect for the building’s historic character. Working closely with a local specialist architect, our team ensured that every aspect of the work was carried out in accordance with heritage conservation guidelines. Original bricks were salvaged and reused wherever possible, and traditional lime mortar techniques were employed to maintain the building’s aesthetic integrity.
